THE GOODS
At Patouche, we like to keep it simple using natural fibers like linen and cotton and sometimes bamboo. We offer organic options in some of our styles when possible. All of our outerwear wool blend is milled in Quebec and detailed with fine Japanese textiles. Sometimes we throw in a little vintage trim and we also create limited runs of some styles using end-of-roll textiles from select Toronto women’s wear designers. By using up remnant textiles rather than new stock, we save energy on the production of new textiles.
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
We are committed to supporting the local economy and natural resource sustainability. We use 100% recycled paper when printing marketing materials and our packaging. Our studio, sewers, warehousing and distribution facility are all located in Toronto, allowing us to use the least amount of natural resources possible during the creation and distribution of our products. Local production also allows us to directly oversee quality standards and ensures the best possible labour standards.

Shipping & Returns
1. Order Processing
In-Stock Orders: We process ready-to-ship orders within 72 hours (Monday–Friday).
Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update—sometimes there is a delay at the first scan.

3. International Shipping
APO Addresses: Yes, we ship to APO addresses.
Outside North America: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or provided upon request.
Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country; these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Checking Your Order Status
Processing Stage: Your order confirmation email and your account page will indicate processing times.
Shipped Stage: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 48 hours for tracking to become active.
