1. Order Processing

In-Stock Orders: We process ready-to-ship orders within 72 hours (Monday–Friday).

Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update—sometimes there is a delay at the first scan.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship from two main locations to serve you as quickly as possible:

  • Sanborn, New York (USA)
  • Mississauga, Ontario (Canada)

3. International Shipping

APO Addresses: Yes, we ship to APO addresses.

Outside North America: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or provided upon request.

Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country; these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Checking Your Order Status

Processing Stage: Your order confirmation email and your account page will indicate processing times.

Shipped Stage: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 48 hours for tracking to become active.
