From the USA: USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping within the USA.
To Canada, we ship via Asendia (duties & taxes paid via Canada Post).

From Canada: Canada Post and other carriers for domestic shipping.
To the USA, we ship via Canada Post (delivered duty-free via USPS).

Will I be charged duties/taxes?

• USA Orders from Canada: No! We cover duty.
• Canada Orders from the USA: No! We cover duty.
• International Orders: Customs/duties may apply depending on your destination country.

Where will my order ship from?

We ship from:

USA: Sanborn, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia
Canada: Mississauga, Ontario
Some items may also ship directly from the manufacturer.

How do I know where my item will ship from?

Each product listing includes a note about processing time:

• "Ready to ship from Canada in 3 business days"
• "Ready to ship from the USA in 3 business days"
• "Ready to ship in X business days" – This means the item is not yet in North America but is available to order.

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations. If you choose Free Shipping, we will typically ship from one location.

Processing & Delivery Times

How long will my order take to process?

• In-stock items: Processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Other Items: Processing times vary (e.g., “Ready to ship in 20 business days”).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update, as initial scans may be delayed.

• Special orders (e.g., Didymos): Ships within 20 business days

Does free shipping apply if I order from both locations?
Yes! If your order qualifies for free shipping, we cover the cost—even if items ship separately.

APO/FPO & International Shipping

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. However, delivery times may be longer due to military mail processing.

How long does APO/FPO shipping take?

• Delivery time varies based on final military destination.
• Expect delays of up to 6 weeks in some cases.
• Tracking updates may be delayed after entering the military postal system.

International Shipping

• Outside North America: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or available upon request.
• Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I check my order status?

• Processing Stage: Your order confirmation email will indicate processing times.
• Shipped Stage: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to activate.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

• Some carriers experience delays in updating tracking after the first scan.
• APO/FPO shipments may show limited tracking after leaving the U.S.
