Shipping Policy

In-stock orders are processed within 72 hours.

We ship from two locations:

Sanborn, New York (USA)
Mississauga, Ontario (Canada)

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. On time orders may experience a delay at the first scan.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • Processing: Your order confirmation email and your account page will show the processing time for your order.
  • Shipping: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

  • APO Shipping: Yes, we ship to APO addresses.
  • Shipping Outside North America: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For custom rates, please reach out to us.
  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon reaching your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the items are unused and in original condition (not tried on).

    If eligible for return, we will issue a refund for the order amount, minus return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
