Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes, as processing may begin immediately. Please check your items and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Important:

• Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours by replying to your order confirmation email with "Cancel" in the subject line.
• A non-refundable $10 per item cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders.
• Pre-orders, special orders, bundles, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be canceled.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days, minus the cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
