Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately, and we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
Modifying or Editing an Order
We process orders promptly to ensure quick delivery, so modifications or edits are typically not possible.
- Requests must be made within 6 hours of order placement by replying to your confirmation email with "ORDER REQUEST" in the subject line.
- While we’ll do our best to accommodate, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing your order.
- To request a cancellation, reply to your order confirmation email with "CANCEL" in the subject line.
- Re-orders, special orders, bundles, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for cancellations.
Refunds for Eligible Cancellations:
Eligible cancellation refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, minus a $10 USD per item non-refundable cancellation fee.
