Description:
✔ Toddlerworthy ✔ Strong & supportive ✔ Subtle shimmer ✔ Eco blend
Set against our gorgeous Jade wrap, from dark forest green through turquoise to mint, this striking fabric features 7 different yarns across the width of the fabric including Tencel, linen, bamboo viscose and Tussah Bourette silk twist.
Starry Night Dude is one of our ‘ultra eco-fabrics’ – we use up a variety of small batches of leftover yarns that would otherwise be thrown away and instead make something unique and beautiful. This blend includes Tencel, a yarn made from wood pulp using a closed loop system which uses much less water and land than cotton making it a great eco-friendly alternative.
This fabric is durable and supportive giving comfy carries for little ones through to toddlerhood. Bamboo viscose lends this fabric a subtle shimmer while linen and Tussah Burette silk twist add extra strength and a hint of cush. The lovely texture of the Starry Night design gives a good balance of grip and glide making the sling easy to tie.
This fabric is also woven with BCI organic cotton, by using BCI cotton we ensure that our cotton meets the Better Cotton Initiative’s high standards of environmental, economic and social responsibility. Our BCI cotton is also organic, meaning it is grown with care and without chemicals keeping the land, and farmers, healthy.
